We don’t only provide the beach body workout to help you to shed any extra weight, our programs can be tailored to add tone and strengthen your muscles, allowing you to get in shape and feel confident while you strut your stuff on the beach this summer.

Our training concepts are tailored to suit your individual requirements, ensuring that you achieve the best results possible. It’s our responsibility to help you to get in shape in time for your holiday and we recommend you follow a balanced diet and partake in regular exercise.

If the above doesn’t work out initially, don’t hesitate to check out our beach body workout that can be provided using the HYPOXI Training Machines. We encourage you to book your appointments well in advance to avoid disappointment.

To benefit from the HYPOXI training concepts, it’s recommended that you attend three sessions each week and each exercise session needs to be 30 minutes. This program is expected to last up to one month (minimum 12 sessions course is recommended to see results).
